When did I start:
I began training with Chelsea through 24-Hour Fitness in 2006, off and on. With her career move to another gym, and it being too far to travel, I thought I would try it on my own. I did OK. I maintained. But life was dull. Then, to my relief and joy, her career brought her back (Hard Bodies), closer to my home, and so I have returned. Life is good.

My results so far:
I'm very pleased. I definitely have more strength. I sleep better. There are still some areas (aka: mid-section) that prove to be difficult but I'm confident, with Chelsea's expertise (aka: torture) inches will be shed.

What I have learned so far:
What I have learned so far is that exercise and staying strong really is a life-long journey. Once you get past changing into your workout clothes, getting to the gym, and enduring the first 10 minutes – it's all good from there!

What I like about training with Chelsea:
What I like most about Chelsea is that she pushes me. I've tried doing strength-training on my own but I know myself and must confess ... I'm a cheater. I start the rep, thinking I'll do the 12 or 15 that I should do, but often find myself, more times than not, not quite finishing those last one or two. What she says is true ... we really do have more in us than we think!

Would I recommend Chelsea to family or friends:
Heck, yeah and I have! Chelsea is my splurge item. I don't get my nails done. I don't have cable. I have Chelsea instead. My workouts are my escape. Just ask her. She has me so focused (suck in my abs, squeeze my butt, shoulders back, toe straight, chest up and breathe) that I CAN'T think of anything else! After 30 minutes with Chelsea you leave feeling great! You can conquer the world or at least your life. (You'll definitely be sore the next morning – but it's so worth it). I'm certainly no body-builder, but at 48 yrs old, I feel stronger now than I ever have.
