The classes are challenging, but fun. The 45 minutes flies by because what we are doing is so varied. 


After I had two babies in two years I really did not think that I'd have abs again. I figured that this was just part of motherhood! Within 3 weeks of training with Chelsea I have definition in my abs and my entire core feels stronger. Since the first pregnancy, I've also had lower back pain. Chelsea's focus on our core (abs/back) has improved this considerably. I feel stronger, my posture has improved, and my body is leaner than it has been in years.
